Art. 1. General Provisions

1. The website is purely informational and presentational in nature (professional portfolio). Its main purpose is to present the professional profile of Konrad Stasiak, his experience, the technologies he specializes in, and the architecture of projects and systems he has designed or co-created.

2. No information published on the website constitutes a commercial offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. The technical solutions described are illustrative and intended to showcase skills.

3. Content presented on the website does not constitute technical, architectural, or legal advice. Implementation of similar systems for third parties requires a separate, dedicated cooperation agreement.
